Our approach is to:
- Identify your goals. For example: Improve application resilience, reduce bug counts, speed up the development cycle, etc.
- Design a training course for your staff to address your goals.
- Deliver the course to your staff.
- Follow up support sessions, such as one-on-one coaching, to help you and your staff in the implementation of the solution and get the most out of the training.
We will modify our approach as needed to ensure your objectives are met.
Where ever possible we try to quantify the changes our solutions bring about. We may start by analysing your own data or by gathering fresh data. After our solution delivered we repeat the analysis and quantify the change.
The following schedule outlines are examples of some of our solution packages:
- “Agile Development in a Banking Environment”. This is
a general hands-on introduction to Agile Development
aimed at managers, business analysts, developers, and
testers. This can optionally be followed by more specific
courses—each aimed at only one of the categories
above—and in house coaching and consulting to help you
implement the best solution for your context
- “Scrum in a Banking Environment”. The structure is
similar to the previous one, but it is specifically about
Scrum
- "Test Driven Development TDD”. Hands-on training on TDD for developers. This can be tailored from basic to advanced, depending on the needs, and can optionally be followed by in house coaching a consulting for better results.
