Training courses
The training courses offered by London Software Partners have two guiding principles:- be specific to the customers needs
- focus on the teams
Normally, before we deliver a course, we will talk to our clients to understand the specific issues they would like addressed and adjust our courses accordingly.
Wherever possible our preference is to train a whole team. So the training would typically be delivered to a group comprising the software developers, testers, business analysts and team managers.
Broadly our training programmes centre on:
- Agile development as a whole: courses appropriate to teams creating their own Agile method or applicable to all methods
- Scrum: perhaps the most widely used Agile method
- Technical skills
to support Agile methods
